2. Scope of Services

Lyron AI provides:

• AI-based software solutions and scripts
• Business automation services
• Custom digital solutions for companies

All services are delivered digitally.

3. Contract Formation

• Services are not sold directly via the website.
• Customers submit inquiries via contact forms or direct communication.
• A custom offer is provided based on the client’s needs.
• A contract is formed only after:
  
  • Written agreement (email or document), and
  • Issuance of an invoice

4. Trial Period

Customers may be granted a 7-day trial period.

• The trial allows limited testing of the service
• Lyron AI reserves the right to restrict features during the trial
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid license agreement

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are determined individually based on the project scope
• Payment is made via invoice
• Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. License and Usage Rights

After payment, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided software or solution.

• The license duration is defined individually
• The license is non-transferable
• The license does not grant ownership of the software

7. Restrictions

Customers may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer or modify the system (unless agreed)
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and customized services, all sales are final.

• No refunds are provided after purchase
• The 7-day trial period is intended to evaluate the service before purchase

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lyron AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or lost profits

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensure proper use within their organization

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with FMA Design / Lyron AI.

• Customers receive only usage rights
• No ownership is transferred

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Business information
• Technical details
• Any non-public data exchanged

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Federal Republic of Germany

For international customers, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.
